I thought had better post a review I Bought a Toyota Vellfire unseen from here a month ago. Was waiting for me at the airport, very simple and courteous transaction. Very happy with the car, about a week later, there was a problem with the reversing camera and the radio wouldn’t turn on. I called them up and they asked if I could take it to the auto electrician I did that and they completely changed the whole stereo system reverse camera Bluetooth etc. No questions asked and no fee and best of all no dramas has to be the best dealings I have ever had with a car dealer well done.

Be very careful about the word of mouth deals, Stratton was a good salesman and honest but I found the management sly and didn't honor the word of mouth deal. I was promised car detail because the car was dirty, a free tank of gas and a free first service. Nothing honored by the management.

Brought my car 12 months ago from Stratton, who was friendly and happy to answer my questions. After searching I knew what vehicle I wanted. There were a few cheaper at other yards but my mechanic checked them and warned me of their poor quality. After my mechanic checked and approved of the car from Stratton , purchase was easy and a year later, my car is going very well I am still loving it.
