One of the best dental clinic I have ever been to! High quality service, caring and professional staffs! I felt welcomed and comfortable during my treatment and my teeth looked great after! Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for painless and five -star dental treatment!

This dentist is an absolutly rude an do no care about you unless you have full payment on you turned my husband away he has a heart murmur an was in hospital for dehydration an severe pain an his heart was playing up due to pain and infection hospital said he needed dentist urgent as it could result in his heart stopping they still would not take us I had 150 on me but our pay wasnt till following week we both work full time but was told no we wont full payment on visit told me it would cost 95 dollars to see dentist an xray but wouldn't take it out until we had full payment my husbands life was at risk .thank you to neilson dentist in thames saved my mans life took us in 50 dollars for cray an consult then set up a payment plan for us which will be paid in full this week coming awesome people they actually care about people not money so will be not recommending your dentist company terrible rude receptionist terrible people dont care just driven by money should be ashamed of yourself as.

The skinny male dentist with small beady eyes was very rude to my friend. We will never go there again.

Dentists come across as very rude & uncaring. My wife also had very bad experience, & left in tears. Not listening & come across as almost bullying. Am now going to drive 45 mins to Waihi for dental treatment. What a shame for Thames locals there is no other dentist taking new patients. Lovely nurses & receptionists though!

After not going to the dentist for 30 years I finally made an appointment with the Dental Health Group. After experiencing surgery and treatment with three of the Dentists and all but one of their lovely chair side assistants, I would highly recommend booking an appointment with the Dental Health Group in Thames. They were very accomodating with the appointment bookings and all of the staff were very professional, friendly kind and helpful.

The dentist didnt listen to me. She didn't communicate professionally and didn't do what I asked.

I have been going here for years and have always found all of the staff to be very polite, professional and welcoming. Both my former and current dentist are extremely good - both in the work they do and in explaining things / keeping me updated. I have moved from the area but happily travel back for check ups etc. I highly recommend them.

Great service! Would highly recommend! Friendly staff and highly skilled dentists- a great experience! Will never fear a trip to the 'murder house' again!
