After dealing with Ross. We strongly don't reccomened using his services if you are new in the game, He will take advantage of your situation and communication is minimal which causes unnecessary mistakes in an already time consuming process of building. We were charged just over $900 for something we learnt the council could have helped us for free. Try another company, maybe someone younger and up to date with the times.
