Super friendly and knowledgeable team. The water testing service provides detailed information regarding which chemicals/quantities are required to balance your water. Using test strips at home is useful for maintenance but it's nice to know exactly what is going on with the water periodically.

Thank you to Richard and the helpful Team at Poolside. We needed expert advice and they delivered! Even managed to come onsite to inspect and get our pool back up and running. Richard explained everything clearly and we are feeling more confident as new pool owners. They also had the filter that we needed in stock. Thank you.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They made it very simple to understand what I needed to do to my water when I left the shop.I felt a lot more confident in what I needed to do after talking with them.I would highly recommend Poolside Christchurch

Poolside are amazing. I bought a very tired pool last year and arrived at Poolside with no idea what to do. Linda went out of her way to help me work out what I needed. This year I had a cover made for this tricky shaped pool- it is millimeter perfect. Alistair and the team also fitted a new pump and filter and made a great job for a fair price. I really couldn't ask for better service so thank you very much!
