Poor service, i checked a ladder which was available online and it was in the yard, but the staff told me it was unavailable. Perhaps it was near the end of trading time. What a lazy employee!!!

Had to drop back a concrete mixer on hubby’s behalf. Easy access and immediate attention. Didn’t have to lift a finger apart from swiping the card for a very nice refund (returned earlier than expected). Very friendly staff. Above and beyond!
