Booked two motorcycles in for a warrant on the same day, a Friday. Dropped them both off at eight thirty in the morning. Get a phone call at two twenty in the afternoon to inform me that they won’t be able to do the warrants that day. They informed me they could store them for the weekend and MAYBE get my warrants done on the Monday. If I wanted my bikes getting their warrants on the Monday I’d have booked them in for the Monday. But apparently booking them in is meaningless anyway.A total waste of my time and money which they didn’t seem to care about.Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Very poor after sale service. Was not told, that they take the fire retardant out with all mx bikes at the time of purchase. Was not given a comprehensive manual or pdf manual for the bike. They said they would send one out and asked for my address. I replied twice and there was no further email and I never received anything.. very disappointing

Got a new motorcycle tyre. Parts staff were very helpful however to be told by service staff they couldn’t fit it for four days was just rude. Went to another store and was fitted first thing the next morning

Fantastic team. Picked up my bike with a puncture ( tubed) and repaired it and got me on my way within a couple of hours. Great guys to deal with. Thanks
