Would like to congratulate the team on the friendly, efficient service I received there today. Took my son's older nissan in for a wof, even though it failed, they still vacuumed and washed it. Well done Armstrong nissan.

If I knew the SERVICE DEPARTMENT was horrible in customer service would of never brought a Brand new vehicle from here . Especially when I have my father who is an older age gets yelled at and gets told he doesn’t understand issues . End of the day we come back and spend money to keep them in jobs . But if they keep this attitude up, I would definitely not be buying anymore vehicles. Now I know I can add photos on here I’ll be definitely be uploading the young man who thinks he owns customers .

Excellent customer service! Had been looking to get my imported Nissan Leaf thoroughly checked and serviced. Cameron and the team were professional and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to high voltage propulsion systems of electric vehicles.

Excellent service and prompt. Service rate seems quite normal. Will go back next time. Overall my purchase of my car and following service has been hassle free and an enjoyable experience.

We were served by Baxter a lovely young man who took the time to go through all the cars features and benefits over another car we were looking at. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle, great service.

Did a service for my car at the end of April in 2022 After 6 months, the service light was on due to low level of engine oil. Booked an appointment for check. I received a reminder message 1 day before the appointment. Just in a few minutes, I rang them but was told my appointment cancelled and could be rescheduled to a week later and they told me how much they would charge for the check. After a week, I received another reminder message but the price increased by 53%. I won’t trust this dealership anymore.

Thought I would share this little story since these guys just had the audacity to send me a reminder to bring my vehicle back in for a service..September last year I brought my Nissan Murano to Armstrongs for a service and warrant. I dropped the car off and a couple of hours later I get an email saying the car had failed the warrant and they quoted me $8000(!!) for the minimum required repairs to pass the warrant. This seemed absolutely insane to me so I declined the repairs and took the car to VTNZ for a second opinion. VTNZ did not find any of the problems that Armstrongs had apparently found, they did say I needed a new left rear tyre, which I had replaced by the awesome guys at Mag & Turbo Porirua for $150 and then I got my warrant.1 year on and not having done any of the repairs that Armstrongs tried to con me into doing and the car has had no problems. I’m just glad I had the good sense to get a second opinion and I feel sorry for all the people these guys have successfully ripped off.
