Very average pizza got the limo there wasn't much topping on it mostly crust and the onion rings were over cooked.

Possibly worst pizza hut store in Christchurch. Food quality is hit and miss at the best of times and abominable at the worst. Last week i ordered delivery from my work whiich is 2 minutes up the road. Absolute nightmare. They compensated me for a delivery which took two attempts and hours to arrive. Cold food and garlic bread was undercooked and raw in the middle. All they had to do was put through conveyor belt oven, slap it in a heated bag and drive 2 minutes. It was lunch so not busy rush period. Second delivery was over an hour to travel 500 metres or so.

Ordered two value pizzas after waiting to be served at the counter for 5 min (only 3 other customers in the store), when they finally took the order it took 35min for two regular pizzas of pretty meh quality. As someone who was in Hospitality for 7 years as a Chef I was appalled at the work ethic of the people working there, all moving around with zero sense of urgency just taking their time. Found myself extremely annoyed as I was only expecting to wait 20min max for two basic pizzas, not 40min. Horrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

took 30 minutes of waiting, the employee doesn't speak english, and he got my order wrong and then fixed it and then when I got given the pizza it was wrong order again. terrible employees massive language barriers

Ordered a Hawaiian and paid extra for toppings, $23.98 and the pizza had hardly any cheese on it, doesn't extra toppings mean extra !!! it was as dry as anything uneatable. I tried calling them it took an hour to get through when I did they told me they were busy so rush the order. I didn't ask for my pizza in a rush, happy to wait for something I assumed I had paid for. They then gave me an email address to send the photos every email bounced back. Arrggh!!! then they offered to send me out another one... No Thanks!! so next step a refund, I'm still waiting for the refund and go figure they have charged me twice for a pizza I couldn't eat. Never going back so disappointed. Ordered 3 Feb 2023 about 7.30

At the moment, the only pizza hut in Canterbury that add the ingredients that I paid for. I usually order the classic veggie (no pineapple), and I pay extra +$4 for chicken. And finally one of this store add chicken. Thanks for it!

Often the pizzas are a bit greasy, but that's to be expected from most pizza huts to be fair. They have the option of replacing regular cheese with vegan cheese for an extra $3 which isn't cheap but at least you know the option is there I suppose. Sometimes I get the hot and spicy vege pizza with vegan cheese instead of dairy. Still tastes pretty decent! I get something from here every few months on average.

I always go there for my cheat meal. Pizza hut is known for its good quality and price-worthy pizza. If you talk about this branch then they are very good in service. Very quick and always serves very delicious pizza. Operates till midnight. Not too spacious, so take-away will be a better option.

I haven't had pizza hut for over 10 years, but a few weeks ago I tried again and was blown away! All the staff there are so friendly and go above and beyond for me and my partner every time. They recognise and greet us every time.The wait isn't long, even when busy, and staff are always super helpful. Amazing pillar for the community, and will always be coming back here. :DIt seems like a lot of reviews are to complain, but they really deserve more praise. They work really hard. Please give them all a raise, they deserve it.
