Gabrielle is a very empathetic, supportive and non-judgemental therapist who is skilled at regression hypnotherapy. Although this work feels intense, it definitely offers a big release to heal from the past. Having a package with a consultation, 2 hour session, recording to listen to for 3 weeks & a follow-up coaching session provides a comprehensive opportunity for real and lasting change - if you're ready & committed, it's worth it.

I went to Gabrielle for a hypnotheraphy session. Gabrielle was warm, welcoming, gentle, calming and immediately put me at ease. She was very thorough in her approach and I let feeling like a weight had lifted off my shoulders. I realised that the limiting belief I had since childhood had disappeared and I am now free of it.
