Extremely helpful and friendly. I was well advised on replacement shampoo's to work with a machine i had purchased online. 2 weeks later, the suction cover nub broke off and i took it in to see if i could get a replacement as i had an inspection of my rental coming up. The gentleman assisting me replaced the cover in order for me to continue with the carpet cleaning, instead of me having to wait a week or so for a replacement! Fantastic service, highly recommended. Thank you for your assistance, you have gone the extra mile and it was appreciated!

Helpful and know about the products they sell. Unfortunately when you want to buy something you have to wait a week before you get the item!! Good to ask what's in stock before you decide to buy - I think, I've given 3 star's cause of out of stock.

absolutely incredible service. Dan is a real asset to your store . He is so professional, down to earth, great product knowledge and took the time to show us every product we were looking at in store. I honestly came in only wanting to spend as little as possible on a steam mop, but he was that great of a salesperson I ended up spending $700 on a new vacuum and steam mop! and it was worth it, and I don't usually spend money on many things, so it shows how good how Dan is at his job. I have never come across a more excellent sales person. Give that man a raise! Great job godfreys,

Amazing customer service from the guy who showed us the range of vacum cleaners available. 100% recommend coming here. Loved the demonstrations of the products in use. Great range of prices.

Really rate this store. It was a bit of a luxury buying a nice vacuum but I'm really glad I brought it here. Its been a great vacuum and the service was above and beyond when I took it back over a year later with an issue. I didn't catch her name but the lady in there is really friendly and helpful. Will absolutely shop here again.

Very, VERY happy with the service I received from Dan. What an awesome guy and sorted me with a great product AND sorted the Afterpay for me so it was more affordable. Spent about 10 minutes just having a real nice chat with him afterwards, great customer service - a credit to Godfreys!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
