Excellent service. I would call my query quiet a small inconvenient one but Michael still replied to all my emails without a note of irritation which would have been understandable. Our hand trolley feels like a million bucks and feels like it would last a lifetime now that we’ve replaced the generic rubbish ones that blew out after a few months. Can’t recommend this store enough for their excellent customer service!

I was stuck needing replacement wheels for my machine at EMEX show. SWC not only came tome with the new Tyres they went around the show seeking an air hose to inflate and install the Tyres for me. Fantastic service and people to deal with.
