Over recent months the 'front of shop' team members seem focused on completing 'something on the computer' or? With three reception team members and with no line, or a short line - it can still take many minutes to be 'arrived'... Patience is definitely an essential virtue.Triage (or 'nurse visit') can be a speedy and efficacious experience with a happy, pleasant, proficient and professional nurse- or a tedious, extended wait before being officiously and almost-harshly 'processed' And then the 30 to 90 minute wait to see a doctor!.Yes - there can be ok/good days. Over some 20 years, my average total time on-site exceeds 90 minutes - but 3+ hours still happen. I'd love to think 2020 will see all my visits being much less than 90 minutes on site.
