They scratched my car and wouldn't admit it! Their airport shuttle was SLOW, staff were UNPROFESSIONAL and they DAMAGED my car. We returned from our holiday and found our car was scratched so fresh and so badly on the front bumper and passenger door it would have been hard to miss! They didn't own up to it and blamed on a customer. Of course they did not have the video footage to prove anything! Their T&C states that as long as they don't admit to damage, they are not liable for anything, in other words, they can do all they want to your car, you won't find out and they won't admit liability! Lesson learnt here, NEVER TRUST FlyPark.

Never. Again. Took longer for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport and bring us to our car (over an hour!) Than it took to fly in from Nelson. It's worth paying a couple dollars more and not waste your time waiting with this company. Not to mention the instructions of where the pick up location was on their booking form was incorrect.

Well the last trip we will use this company, They driver was rude and almost aggressive. They are a very poor example of customer service. Driver would not even help a lady lift heavy bag into the back of van, so I helped. Would not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs. But from reading previous feedback I doubt whether they even have the business sense to even try and change.

Car dented on return! I returned to pick up my car to find it dinged on the back with a huge black scape (30cm x 30cm at least) and the bumper all dented. The owner got aggressive and tried to put all the blame on me and said they are not liable for damage. The staff there are really nice so it is a shame. My car cost $500 to fix. Avoid this place!!!

The first, my wife was left waiting at the pickup area for ~1hr around midnight, after being assured multiple times that they 'would be there soon'. We figured this was a one off occurrence, so opted to use them again this week for storing our car.Upon pickup, when exiting the plane I received an angry phone call from the staff saying that we hadn't been on time - despite the fact that, outside of our control, the plane had been delayed. We were met by a non-uniform female staff member, and then driven around for ~20 min collecting other passengers who had inadvertently boarded other shuttle services. The driver angrily told a few of the other passengers to 'Not eat in the van', and that they 'Better not leave any rubbish!'. Upon arrival the two staff promptly exited the van without helping the passengers unload goods - this is when we noticed that our soft-shell tramping packs had been sandwiched right at the bottom of about 10 very large and heavy suitcases (we were picked up first). Our car was waiting for us outside the reception area, and I had a brief walk around the car to inspect for damage - the driver yelled and berated us from inside reception, mocking us for checking the car and remarking that they had not caused any damage to the car. He then proceeded to come outside and yelled a number of insults, telling us to Get that piece of %#@$ car out of here!!".Additionally

I've used this company for a number of years now. I've never had an issue. The staff are always chatty, kind and conscientious. I never have to wait long for my shuttle ride.I look forward to seeing the team and experiencing the good service they've consistently delivered over the years. Cheers for your hard work team! Avoid this company at all costs!! THIS PLACE IS SHOCKING!!!! Staff were RUDE. No CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their vocabulary is filled with SWEAR WORDS. Big BULLIES.We had a great trip and came back to Auckland on such a high and then it got ruined by a tall built island guy who seemed to think it was ok to tell us to go back to our country.This seems to be family owned so lodging formal complaints wont get us far because they will just disregard it.No courtesy. No patience. No respect. If anything... i would love to shove them all on a sinking boat and send them to wherever the hell they come from because they definately do not represent the human values of being a kiwi.

Awesome friendly service. Easy to communicate with, they actually answer their phone unlike park n fly! Turned up and lady in the office was very friendly.I had a big piano with me and there were a group of people waiting for the shuttle. I told the driver I can happily wait for the next shuttle as my piano was too big for the van. Next thing you know he's gone around the corner and come back in a bigger transit type van, hows that for service! Driver that picked me up from airport after trip was also very lovely and chatty. When I got to my car it was parked in a way so that it was easy to exit. No damage done to the car. Thanks FlyPark!

The man at the counter seemed frazzled and bossy, he gave me and another customer wrong instructions, then told us off for not doing the right thing. He didn't seem to follow any particular system and took ages to get sorted, made me late for the flight. I was at the parking place for 40 mins waiting for him to first arrive from the previous drive and then to get sorted. On top of everything he gave me a talking to in front of other customers for not being there earlier" even though my total time there was 40 mins. It may have been a busy day

Been using this company for years when I need good quality Auckland airport parking. Super happy and very competitive pricing.
