Tried the place out the other day and was cut by the owner who had done a nice job painting and decorating the place. I gave him a vague idea what I was after, he made some suggestions and I keft with a perfect haircut(non fade curly hair) for a very good price. Thanks!

Always great service from Ali, unfortunately he was not present during my next hair cut and a new barber was cutting and I was not happy, hopefully he follows what I asked for next time. Will still come back.

Well first rating of less than 5 stars here but I have to be honest, I went in wanted half length taken off overall ( I had long hair 4-6inches at least), it wasn’t until I got home and had a good look and realised about 80% of my hair had been taken off the back. As well as being very un even and had these red marks on the back of my neck from the trimmer? Not sure if he was pressing too hard or something?

The best barber I’ve been to in Wellington. City, and Hutt included. Had a burst, and taper from Ali, and nailed it both times. Real meticulous with his work, and easy to get along with. Check him out for a fire cut and line up.

I've been to many different barbers throughout Wellington over the last 10 years and Ali is hands down the best. He takes his time to do a perfect cut no matter how busy he is and that's always how it turns out. As awesome a barber as he is, he is an even better bloke. There's no barber I'd rather give my money to than this guy, he's an absolute legend! Can't recommend Ali enough.

My husband had a hair cut and beard trim by Ali and it’s the best he has ever had! Super tidy, very reasonably priced and Ali was such a personable chap. I would highly recommend.
