I mentioned in an email that my purchase was a gift and they wrapped it absolutely beautifully and posted it immediately along with a hand-written note. I visited a few jewellers in Hamilton before choosing to get my necklace repaired here due to their customer service, prices, and expertise. Sally is so lovely, and so is the jeweller. Thanks for a quick & quality job on my necklace and for being so patient with me trying ring sizes too!

This is my first time here. Customer Service is really good and after looking for a males ring at other places, Precious Metals had more unique rings. Some prices were very similar to Pascoes and Michael Hill but they all seemed the same. I wanted something unique but I had to pay a little extra. It was worth it though.

I contacted Michael after I lost a diamond from my engagement ring, he had done some work on the ring 10 years prior and still had an image and information on file that helped to ensure my insurance company had all the information they needed so the replacement stone was the same specifications and quality.Michael offered to do the work as I could choose to whom did the repair once my claim was settled; my insurance company had not disclosed this to me.The finished repair (actually a re-build) is absolutely perfect, he provided a detailed valuation and paperwork to support. Michael’s wealth of knowledge, communication and very high attention to detail has made my journey so much easier.Helen

Such lovely staff !! Really kind and patient when we’re were interested in trying on various rings! They had such a wide selection of stunning pieces! I can’t remember the ladies name who served us but she made our day and was just wonderful so thank you!!

Thank you to the amazing team at Precious Metals. I bought a Stolen Girlfriend Club necklace here which was sold out everywhere else and unfortunately it broke due the the chain being faulty. I sent the necklace back to them and they sent it back to the merchant to be repaired and then sent it back down to me (even included a chocolate). The team went above and beyond here to ensure my necklace was fixed - thank you so much I have had a great experience with you and will definitely be shopping with you again.

Amazing service from the friendly, bubbly staff at Precious Metals & Diamonds Centre Place. I was browsing the Karen Walker and Stolen Girlfriend range for a birthday gift before Rachael assisted me. She was so helpful, she asked me questions about the birthday girl, made suggestions and tried on jewellery so I could see the different lengths of the necklaces. I purchased a Karen Walker Runaway Girl Necklace, gift wrapping was included and the birthday girl absolutely loved it! Great experience overall. I will definitely be back again.

My partner and I bought am engagement ring from here today the shop was well presented with lots of options to look at and try on, even though we ended up getting one made to order there was enough to give you an idea. Our saleswoman Kam was awesome to deal with, she was also knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Would recommend this store to other people
