Had an eye assessment and consultation today at vision centre, the optometrist was very skilled and knowledgeable with the advice and care she provided. The assistance and customer service from staff helping me to choose my frames and other necessary items were excellent. Payment plan and options in store available. Great friendly atmosphere.

I was really impressed - Tommy was very thorough and very patient, taking the time to talk me through things and to explain my options.Missy was also really helpful with choosing some glasses and helping price up options.I'd definitely recommend Vision Centre Lynnmall.

One of the worst customer service I have experienced today at the New Lynn Branch on Sunday the 12th March at approx 11 am.Wanted to get some progressive Glasses made and the girl at the counter was sitting on the chair with her feet up on the other chair. Asked her some information on the glasses and without getting out of the chair feet still up rattled off some prices.. I asked if it was too much of an effort for her to get up and give me some brochures and some prices on transition lens etc.. She really made an effort to get up without a smile and opened some file to give me the price and said NO WE DONT HAVE BROCHURES ETC. I had not desire to progress further and walked out of the store and went to the opposition.If you have cameras you should look at it ...I think Management needs to give some customer service training to the staff or send some mystery shoppers as today you lost a customer for good. Will Never recommend.

Your advice in going in for anti- fatigue and anti- reflection lenses for Savio and in choosing right frames styles to suit our personalities showed your love towards your job and how passionate you are in making the customer feel valued and important. We came in only for Savio’s glasses and ended up getting glasses for my daughter and myself. Olivia and Kylie were great at conducting the eye examination too. You all made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Met a team thatdoes an awesome job at Vision Centre Lynnmall. Keep it up guys!

Lynn mall Vision centre , you have a young lady who served me and my father during my visit to the store who goes by the name Missy . She was extremely well mannered had a great sense of humor & was very welcoming. The exceptional customer service this young lady had shown me and my father. We need more people like her working at stores and making us leave very satisfied . She had a huge smile when we walked in and her smile stayed bright and beautiful till we walked out . So thank you to Missy very much . Very satisfied experience with Missy . Great worker . Wonderful person .
