Had a small job to mend a strap on my bag. The assistant said she would get one of the guys to look at it, and it wouldn't take too long. I agreed. When I picked it up, the lady said she looked at he other straps and felt the other one needed strengthening as well. What a great thi g to do. I was so pleased at not having to return in the next week or so to have another repair done. How thoughtful (woman's touch), and a great job. Highly recommended!
