Regular traveller. Good parking and bike facilities. There's a little coffee shop too. Opens quite early. The 2 toilets are usually quite clean.

Smales Farm Busway Station
Have missed two 83 route buses here because they left 3 to 4 minutes ahead of the timetable times on the digital board by the stop on Platform D. Because traffic is light currently and they have fewer passengers, buses are streaking along with no regard to timetable. AT being AT, they are a law to themselves. Not impressed.

A large busway station on the Smales Farm location.Proximity to the Smales Farm business park makes the commute for the employees easy.The building is nice and spacious.Easy access is available by both private and public transport.The signage is clear and well displayed everywhere.The customer service centre has a small kiosk where one can buy and top up the hop cards.Any other queries are also resolved in the available hours.

Lots of buses.. and most importantly..a counter where you can buy hop cards from .. totally run out of bus information... but has oodles of bike trail information..Wonder what this tells us ??

All good, not a normal port of call. I went here to renew my Gold Hop card as it was cracked and not working. ALL fixed and working. I noticed this bus Station now has a Coffee Bar. Very busy place

It's a bus station, the buses come regularly and it's fast to get into town. Just note that during school holidays the kiosk only opens at 8am but that's only an issue if you need to buy a hop card

I loved it. Got to drop my kids off there for a brownies trip which meant I had 5 hours to myself. Fond memories.

Superb service from staff helping me get a hop card and register my Goldcard. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
