It was easy to get a same day appointment. I had a dry skin and black spots n the girl recommend me their environmental shield facial.i paid n left the clinic I was about to leave but I checked my face in the car Mirror. My skin reacted to their product n got bumps all over my face.i went back Thn they put me under RED light that damaged my face.

I signed up to a skin health plan. My first visit was a fantastic experience and I'm incredibly happy with the results already and can't wait to go back! The staff I have encountered have all been very friendly and when doing a treatment, I find that it is well explained and tailored to what I want to achieve.5 stars from me!

I had a very unprofesional experience with Caci. I went to them to fix a problem and I got myself in a bigger problem. I was treated for Hep C and as reaction of treatment on my liver I had a irritation on my skin that looked like acne marks but never had acne. I was recommended microderm without any profesional assesment. After each microderm session my skin was very iritated and dry. I brought my concerned to them a few times asking for a diferent treatment. Microderm could be ok for those with rough skin. My skin is very sensitive, had no foundation , whatsoever apart from my normal creams. They are treating all clients the same, no by individual needs. And they are very pushy on making you to buy their products. I saw no diference from using their products for a course of a few months. Waste of money! I went to another private consultant and they were shocked to find out that I was recommended microderm on my skin.My skin looks so much better since I've stopped my sessions at Caci.I am so disappointed that I wasted all my money and trusted them. And I was also highly recommending them to my own clients free of charge and as result I got burned.I will proceed futher with complaint under customer guarantee act to get my money back at least for all the sessions I've wasted and made my skin worst then when I first came to them.

To be brief, a life saver. I first went to Caci clinic in July 2015 feeling very upset with my appearance. Since 2008 I had been dealing with acne. I tried out numerous products, doctor prescriptions, proactive. But nothing worked, and if it did it lasted only a couple months. Ashley is the person I visit and she was very helpful in describing products. She knew exactly what would help my skin, and bingo it worked! I have still get the odd pimple but nothing major. As for scars microderms worked for me too. The staff are always helpful and want you to get the best result as much as yourself.

I had my first facial experience and couldn't recommend more, such a great experience and the therapist was awesome.

I feel relaxed, cared for and pampered. My skin is starting to look a lot better. The girls are always welcoming and friendly. Always smiling and happy to see me when I arrive. I feel that my results matter to them.

Great staff. I have been to other clinic but prefer caci pakuranga
