Dash Face & Body Northlands

I'm a regular at Dash, (now, a was) but this happened last week Sunday when I went in for a waxing service. I was first to wait in line, then two groups followed. The staff who came out from behind completely ignored my presence - first of all, she ONLY asked the lady second in line if she had filled out the form, then she went on to attend the third customer. When she came back, again, did not ask at all 'who was next' like everyone usually does, did not even look at me, she instead, asked the lady second in line to go inside with her.Then I said, do you not ask who was here first? She came up with a rubbish excuse and it was clear she knew she was at wrong. She then asked me to follow her into the room, and while she was setting up, I could sense an annoyed attitude from her, I was not comfortable or willing to pay for this kind of service, so I left.I want to know what was the reason behind her behaviour? Did not have a name for this person, but I was there Sunday 12th March, after 4pm.I went over to Elegant Beauty & Brows a few stores down, they were pleasant, patient and provided great service!

I had my nails done with Chantel and she was incredible! So lovely and so professional. Also loved how they used sterile equipment and gave my my nail file and buffer afterwards - never had that happen before and it made it feel really hygienic.

My first visit here, Tammy did an excellent backfill and nail repair for me taking time to ensure the quality of her work, the atmosphere was relaxing, Tammy was friendly whilst not talking too much. I will be returning. Highly recommend.

I went into the shop which was totally empty a part from the 4 workers at the desk. Having my daughter with me I thought it would be quick and easy to get my eyebrows waxed and then go. The 4 workers all stood at the front talking for about 10 minutes, they were very rude when I first arrived and they didn’t acknowledge us at all after the initial 2 second conversation. Absolutely appalled. Terrible service. Ended up leaving without even getting my eyebrows done. Would not recommend. If I could- would give 0 stars.

I went to the down stairs asking for eye brows threading, the lady was not confident and she sent me upstairs to ask for preet, Preet was very experienced, she did great job with my eyebrows, just what I wanted. This picture was taken from my home. There was an Asian nail lady who was bit rude and I am not happy with her attitude.Luckily, there was another nail girl was really polite and careful to applied full set gel nail to me.

Went in soon after opening in the morning, was behind another person. Sat there for 20 minutes while 3 staff chatted at the counter. Another woman finished and paid, and the staff member who had treated her then joined in the gossip at the counter, while me and the other person just sat there. No explanation of the delay, no acknowledgement of our presence, didn’t even give me the form to fill in. Very unprofessional. I walked out in the end.

Booked in and had my eyes done by Preet today. What a lovely relaxing experiencing! She was gentle and did a fabulous job, 10/10 would recommend her to all. I am blonde and fair and she did an amazing job of both my lashes and my eyebrows. Thank you Preet, I will see you next time around :)
