Great service, was given full attention from the time I entered the store, and received the right product to suit my needs, which incidentally had nothing to do with furnishings this time, ie needed weighted tape to thread through some knitting.

We are so delighted with our beautiful new curtains. Carol was so helpful with suggestions and guidance, it was a pleasure deal with someone this knowledgeable. Communications were excellent, we were kept informed by Harvey staff of progress the whole way though and every person we dealt with was so friendly and good at their job. Lesley & the team have been fantastic to deal with during our house renovation project. From the initial measure & quote contact, through to install & follow-ups in between, I have been unable to find any fault with your product or service. Despite shipping delays due to the pandemic, Lesley provided constant updates without us having to prompt her, & it is an understatement to say that we are delighted with the finished product - an absolutely awesome experience all round. Thanks to you & all the team ... I just wish I could've given you a 10 star review!
