Pamela was amazing to work with from the start. We had about 30 guests who needed to be shuttled to and from our wedding venue and she was incredible in making the process so smooth. She went all over Masterton and Greytown to drop and pick up guests. Truly grateful for her help on our big day and she did so well in making sure the travel side of things worked well.Thank you for all your help Pamela.

My 79 year old mother just used Wai shuttle services to get from her home in Carterton to Wellington airport, Mum said the ride down was very good however once arriving at airport Pamela dropped Mum off across the road, Mum had to walk with heavy suitcase across the road in pouring rain no help offered to get into terminal, once in terminal Mum had a fall on floor when trying to manoeuvre heavy suitcase. Would have been nice if Pamela had helped her into terminal with a trolley.
