A quick enquiry to see if it was worth having a 16 year old TV (before the smart variety) checked out because it is not behaving. Probably not worth it is the conclusion.

I phoned to discuss my TV problem and get some advice on whether it should be repaired or possibly replaced.After asking several questions, I was abruptly told the following :you're asking too many questions and wasting my time"I consider this level of rudeness unacceptable.I am informed that I am not the only one that has experienced this attitude.Accordingly - and IF a respectful company is important to you - you should consider trying elsewhere

I took my TV in to warehouse under a warranty for repairs picture all over the place scattered a week later guy calls me from woolards sayings it's fixed,saying it's the resolution well I beg to differ because it's doing the same thing again,ill be returning the TV under waranty to be properly fixed this time instead of just moving stuff around so that it goes for a while...

They've taken care of an old stereo with CD, cassette, and turntable for me and done very well. They've also sorted an old 8mm camera for me and made it perfect like new. They were very busy each time I went in, but they always treated me well and moved through the line as quickly as they could.

I enquired at Woollards for a microwave light bulb. The man I spoke with was the rudest most unhelpful person I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company. It takes and costs nothing to be polite.

My cousin dropped enlarger pump to get it fixed as plug in socket was misplaced and it was not working. He bought that brand new for $120 and he charged $136 for repair. Very disappointed with the money he charged. He said he spent 3 hours on this to repair it however if he would have spent 3 hours cost would be $270 as per $90 ph rate. He thought guy doesn’t speak English very well so they ripped him off.
