The staff here are amazing. Eden was my nurse she made me feel super comfortable and was there to comfort me throughout the procedure and informed on what I needed to know.Thank you.

I had an IUD insertion here yesterday and I had mentioned that I was nervous because of some past experiences and all the staff members were so lovely and kind and I will recommend the Auckland Medical Aid centre to all my friends because the experience was painless and I felt so looked after

Had such a great experience here. From the time I made the appointment (the receptionist on the phone was soooo friendly and patient explaining everything to me) to the nurses and doctor helping me on the day, I just cannot thank the staff enough. Really really appreciate it x

Thank you very much to the staff for making me feel very comfortable. I went in feeling very worried and scared, they moved very fast on their half but when it came to answering all my questions and reassuring me they were very very patient with me (and I was also late), I felt very relieved and the procedure went well and I felt safe as they were very confident in what they do. First time with auckland medical aid centre. The service was spectacular, reception staff were very welcoming and the nurses and other staff that helped me were so lovely and comforting. All the staff are very lovely and welcoming. The doctor and nurses made sure that I am comfortable all the time even if the insertion is a little bit sore. They also made sure that I am well informed about what I am gonna go through.

First off, a huge thank you to Dr. Jonathan, nurses Ann, Lynda, Stella, Alicia, and receptionist Vanessa for treating my partner and I with love and respect. From the moment we walked in we felt at ease. However, the multiple phone calls you'll probably have with staff will instantly make you feel better, too - everyone is extremely kind and especially Dr. Jonathan goes above and beyond to provide information to you. He even called to ask how I was doing the next day :)We were there for about 4.5 hours, but the waiting rooms are comfortable and everything is spotless and modern. The waiting is hard, but the people working there help you through it.I'm very grateful that I was in the compassionate hands of the professional and friendly staff here - I felt SO taken care of. The best part for me was how personalized my care felt - the staff were so accommodating and patient, and really listened and did their best to meet my needs.Ladies, if stress/uncertainly around medical procedures is preventing you from making a confident decision, I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about if you choose AMAC.I couldn't ask for a better experience. The most friendliest, warm hearted place ever. I was very scared and anxious until i walked into the doors. EVERYONE was so friendly kind and welcoming i felt very safe being there. I got placed into a private room that had a tv for netflix a comfortable chair also. there was coffee, tea, cookies and snacks also. super professional team. i wish i could give them 6 stars.

The best medical treatment I could have asked for. Staff were extremely caring, and made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Would recommend to all my family and friends.
