Good central location, good variety of food items, decent prices for gluten free and dairy free foods, lovely staff. Only wish the accessibility at the front of the store was better.

The people at the shop were nice.The lamb meat was tender and very tastyI don't need seasoning.It's an organic shop,so I think expensive.

Stopped by here to try their soup of the day. It’s $6.99 for their small one which they put into a paper cup. But apparently if you take in your own cup, bowl or jar you can get a large for $6.99. The soup was tomato and basil and it was absolutely delicious! Perfect for the wellington winter. I usually only ever stop here to pick up wellington chocolate factory chocolate so I’m glad that I branched out and tried something else.

Expensive items that not always have more quality than cheaper places. Please check if it is organic, spray free or normal. Don't buy lemons or onions. They go rotten very quickly. Other packed items are expensive and they should consider to have some promo to allow more customer to afford good food.
