Very helpful staff (well at least the person who helped me was). Good location for an i-Site with lots of parking and quite easy to see when you are driving on this street.

I went in to ask for information about the bike park, as several websites clearly state online that they have maps of the trails with waterproof cases. They don't. They have a leaflet that costs $3.40, which is fine. I was explaining to the lady who served me that this information is online and got my phone out to show her the website and she snatched the leaflet out of my hands and accused me of trying to photograph it without paying for it. Ludicrous! I was showing her the websites, she wasn't at all interested in knowing which ones had false information and fixing it. She said it was misinformation online and that I must be looking at dodgy websites. Very disappointing customer service and extremely rude member of staff. It could have been handled so easily. Visiting here left an extremely sour taste in my mouth, I'd avoid if you don't want to be accused of things!

Lady was very helpful. I had forgotten to get bus tickets printed so the lady(apologies forgot her name) did for me .They were very busy and both ladies were friendly, calm whilst being flat out. So thanks

Sheryl was amazing. She even ended up on the same boat tour as us. When she turned up she even had thought to bring a spare jacket and a hair tie for my partner.

We were stuck due to the bad weather and Andrea at i-site was very helpful and found accomodation for us. There wasn't much left so we were lucky.

Just be mindful that they push the more expensive local businesses without giving you all the options. Eg they recommended the glass bottom boat for $300 when but no mention of a water taxi for significantly cheaper
