Castle Parcels Christchurch

14 days and counting for a simple small item delivery from Auckland to Christchurch. To compare DHL just delivered a similar size parcel from Sydney to Chch and it took 3 days. Never ever use Castle Parcels

Package was left not even remotely close to the front door. Was tossed into the front yard in the long grass. We tried the neighbours before finding the parcel. It's not hard to put parcels on the front door step. The other courrier companies manage to find the front door without any help. Maybe your drivers should have gone to Specsavers?

Called castle parcels and they can no even locate the parcel I'm waiting to receive. What's the point of tracked numbers then????Now reading the reviews they are absolutely shocking.If I knew the company used castle parcel for delivery, I'd not order from them.

I must admit after reading all the negative feedback I was abit worried about receiving my parcel at all anyhow it arrived OVERNIGHT from CHCH - DUD and it was even delivered to my doorstep couldn't be happier!

The parcel was picked up in Rangiora on 3/4/23 to be delivered to me in Christchurch. Unfortunately I was told the driver could not locate the parcel and probably gone missing. This is unacceptable as the parcel wasnt from North Island or overseas. Castle Parcel owed me an explanation. They never responded to my email. When I rang the staff member said she contacted the driver but driver doesnt know about the parcel. Completely hopeless and pathetic. Its getting on my nerves. Such a mistake shouldnt have happened. It seems like they have couldnt care less attitude. Everyday I have been calling. Same reply. Dont know where is the parcel. I am getting very angry and sick of them. Useless courier!!!

Been waiting for over two weeks and still waiting for a parcel from Auckland to Christchurch. When rang them for an update, all of a sudden a card was left in our letter box and asking us to pick up from their collection point as unsuccessful delivery! When we emailed them and argued that the delivery driver didn't even attempt to come to the door as we were at home the whole day waiting for this delivery, they said they will do a redelivery. Its been over a week now and no redelivery nor any update from this company. Looks like they are holding on to customers' parcels illegally. When you order something online, please ask the retailer to not use this company for delivery. There is a high chance you will never receive your parcel at all. This company shouldn't be in this business at all.

Lazy courier left my $300 Lego parcel in the yard next to my letterbox. Didn't even have the decency to deliver it to my front door which is secluded. Any neighborhood kid could have picked it up easily.Got an official response from Castle that he did nothing wrong as the parcel didn't need to be signed for.Unbelievable.

I am expecting a parcel for one week still have not received. It is only 26km away from the dispatcher to my house. It has been one week still waiting. Very bad experience.

They answered their phone very quickly and the lady was helpful. I was surprised, because NZ Post leaves you on hold for 30 minutes before you eventually give up and hang up.My only criticism is that you don't get a text message or email from them when the parcel has been delivered, unlike NZ Post. I get my parcels delivered to parcel collect locations for security, but with this courier, I have no text message to show to the collection helpdesk which is problematic.
