Very good service. Clean and tidy facility. Location great, access is ok if not too busy (only 2 lifts). Lifts often not working - carrying stuff down 6 flights of stairs no fun. You need to put in your access code for every load to get into the lifts. I would use it again though.

The facility is 5 star and I would highly recommend Kennards. Docks for trucks to offload. Large lifts and great trolleys. Clean and very secure. High security and 24/7 entry is great...and also great customer service.Highly recommend Kennards, after using National Storage Kennards are 10 x better in every way! Why would you store anywhere else. Give them a call for 5 star service.

These guys are great. I had to store what remaining belongings I had after the flood & these guys made it a stress free experience. They communicated everything clearly. Advised the best sized unit for me. All the staff are great. Josh was fantastic. The storage facility is top notch. Up high, so no risk of floods damaging this facility. Dry, clean, modern, secure.

Rented a unit today.The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me a thorough tour of the facility along with clear instructions on how to access the unit, use the alarm, etc.The unit itself was clean, the door moved up and down easily and the lock moved smoothly.All in all a positive experience.

Kennards Wairau Park is fantastic. The facility is clean, tidy, very secure and the staff are fantastic. I often have clients who need storage space and I do not hesitate to recommend Kennards. Our cricket club, Takapuna, needs a short term rental each year to store all the Yellow Pages books we distribute as a fundraising exercise. Yet again, the Kennards team was so friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with, and gave us a great rate as well. Outstanding!
