Joey & the beautiful team at Kilbirnie motors are beyond amazing. It’s the level of care they have for customers. We have been blessed to have all family cars past & present attended to by the exceptional skilled mechanics there (so underrated). They have never turned me away & have been patient & exceptional in their performance. Thank you is not enough. Definitely highly recommended & have never moved ‘mechanics’ since.Lupe & Sefesi family.

Joey and the team at Kilbirnie motors are genuine, friendly, kind people. Their service is very thorough, pricing is fair and they spend time explaining things which I really appreciate. I used to be quite intimidated and fearful of going to the mechanic as a 20 something female until I came here. Although google says they close at 5pm, they're often here until 6:30 which is really useful when coming after work. I always leave in a better mood which speaks for itself. Thank you!

I don’t write reviews that often and I’m usually skeptical about new mechanics, so I was absolutely blown away by the level of service that Joey and the boys at Kilbirnie Motors provided. I was only passing through Wellington for a couple of days, and they managed to slot me in and make a quick repair so I could get going on my trip. I sincerely appreciated their dedication and can’t recommend them enough. Excellent service, communication, fair prices, and very friendly team to boot. Would stop by here again when I’m back in Wellington!

Thanks a lot guys for the great service at a very good price. Very specialised and knowledgeable, they always give me accurate diagnosis and quotations. They have done a lot of work on my 2007 Van changing some old parts that were worn out. No issues more than a year for some of the work done and no issues. Also very quick and dedicated to their work.Awesome work guys.Cheers.

First time I got my car serviced here and got very impressed. People were friendly, services were timely and communications were great!Although the website says they close at 5pm, I can still pick up my car after I finish work at 6:30pm, which is very convenient.Keep up the awesome work team!

The team at kilbirnie motors were amazing ! My car ended up needing a lot more repair than anticipated but they walked me through it calmly, they took the time to really explain to me every step and took into account the fact that I knew nothing about cars and that English isn’t my first language and they made sure I understood exactly what was going on. Very communicative and very efficient thanks to them I’m able to keep driving with peace of mind !Thank you all so much
