They did a great job fixing my car but I had to wait several months before they could do it. It was still able to be driven while I waited.

Great service and quality of work. Went above and beyond in sourcing a new bumper that had been made obsolete. Long wait to get in there but we weren’t in a hurry and we wanted to support the local guys.

I wasn't impressed with the service I received. They rescheduled my repair twice and then when I collected my car the stereo controls on the steering wheel weren't working. I called a few minutes after I left the shop and the FIRST thing they said was that they wouldn't pay for it. And then basically called me a liar for saying it was working the day I dropped it off. I have never been treated like that before. Turns out they did muck up the settings and it was their fault. I would never go back there again due to how I was treated.

Excellent Service from the team, went in for a inspection/quote and they were able to fix the issue during the inspection rather than messing us around like other places in Wellington.This is the second time they have helped my family on the spot with honesty and efficiency. Easy booking system online and fast to answer the phones! Will be back next time something goes wrong.

Best panel beater if ever had the pleasure to deal with. Very responsive, very flexible with your needs (within reason of coarse) and my car's is looking better than ever! 100% recommend.

Had great service from Tustin's. I needed some help scoping extent of some rust on the underside of the car. Mike was super friendly and efficient with having a look and providing a quote. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks!

Did a great job. They seem to have a wait list for work but they are very good. Had a minor issue with a loose screw after work completed. This was dealt with swiftly and without a hassle. Go see if they can help you out.

Tustin's is always so amazingly friendly and helpful.The rear striker plate on my RAV4 has two nut and bolts to fix it in place. One of the nuts had fallen inside the body of the car. I spent hours and hours with magnets, pieces of wire and even a vacuum cleaner to try and retrieve the lost nut.Having more or less given up, I went to see the always helpful Tustin’s. The very cool receptionist asked a technician to please take a look and almost immediately, Paul skipped across the busy Marsden Street eager to help.Within less than two minutes he had stripped out the interior cladding and exposed the inspection holes.All that was left was for me to fish out the missing nut and screw the bolt back in. Easy as pie.This is what I call a great attitude with terrific knowledge and skills.Thank you so much, PaulPeter

have used them twice now and similar experiences both times. they didn’t do the job properly each time and we were forced to take the vehicles back for fixes and rework, without apology for the inconvenience. More concerning, on the second occasion I needed to get my car back to use to get to work after they had taken 5 days and still hadn’t completed the job, and they tried to force me to pay the full bill before i could take my vehicle despite the job not being completed.I would warn others to be aware of the service you are likely to receive at Tustin’s. Steer clear !
