We have had the pleasure of working with Vanessa during the marketing and sale of our home in Christchurch. At the time we chose an agent we were very picky with who we chose, and we had been working with many agents as we looked for a property to buy. Vanessa shone out at a particular house she was marketing - her honest, down to earth approach resonated with us and we signed her up immediately! During our dealings with her it was immediately obvious we had made the right choice. She was always brilliant to deal with and her open honest manner really put us at ease. She quickly built up huge credibility with us in the way she provided balanced, professional feedback on how we could present our house for sale and the appraisal value. During marketing, we received timely, regular updates and communications. At no time did I ever have to chase up or prompt her. Additionally, Olivia her assistant was a complete legend with her amazing organisation and communication skills that left no stone unturned. Even a Covid induced lockdown in NZ could not tamper this effective duo - the result we achieved at auction was stunning to say the least.
