Great experience and happy with the result. They were up front about what had to happen given my dogs type of fur and matting that had happened. They are awesome which means they are busy, so the only down side is needing o book a couple of weeks in advance

Thank you Sam & team. Fabulous experience for my Wauzer Tusca & my friends dog Spencer the Schnauzer! They used to come back from the groomers stressed & anxious -but not with you. Relaxed, happy beautifully groomed fur babies. We will be back.

Not surprising that this dog Groomer has a perfect 5 star rating! Lovely service and treats every dog like a queen/king. Our dog has been going here regularly for over a year now and always comes out looking fantastic. Good work all. :)

Our dog Chewy had his first groom here at 6 months old and the whole experience was fantastic from the beginning to the end.The booking service, the reminder texts, the recommendations for his coat, the pic of him during his groom to the text to let us know he was ready. He looks and smells fantastic and came home happy and looking very proud. The staff are super warm and friendly and I didn't feel anxious about leaving Chewy there at all. If I could give more stars I definitely would. Thanks team.

Recently went again to Bathhaus since the owner change and the 5 stars stand. Lovely women running the place super empathetic with our lads, especially with one being an anxious rescue dog. Our boys look great and we're very happy!Great service, great grooming and lovely people.

Canine Bathhaus is wonderful! Affordable, very professional, and my little puppy Simba is always excited to go in when he gets there. He can tend to be nervous around other dogs and is smaller than most so at first I worried, but they cater to his needs so well and try to book appointments together with gentle and smaller dogs who can make him feel comfortable. They really take care of the dogs and always get him looking and smelling amazing. Thankyou ladies! You do a wonderful job.
