Hi Class Glass Ltd

Cannot recommend Hi Class Glass unfortunately. The company installed shower glass in my apartment 4 years ago and due to an oversight in installation or just plain shoddy workmanship, all the clips holding the glass panels came loose and the glass slipped out of place, putting my occupants at high risk of glass shattering all through the bathroom. I made a very reasonable offer to pay 75% of their invoice even though it was not my fault, and they still insisted I pay 100%. Very expensive fix. At least the glazier who came to fix it was professional, helpful and efficient so thanks Mike for your good work ethic, and the office administrator was also helpful with accommodating my tenants and co-ordinating visits. Just extremely poor form on management's part not to accept any responsibility whatsoever for unsafe and dangerous installation.
