Everyone who works at NZ Police deserves 5 stars. When my Mopped was stolen I got given all information I needed, they even followed up to tell me they found the guys. Totally amazed by their service. Keep on the good work! ⭐️

I rushed after work in pouring rain to get to the police station before 4pm so I could lodge that my identity has been stolen only to find the door was already locked at 3.45pm I knocked as I thought maybe it was just closed due to bad weather, but no the old lady that answered the door told me the paper work would take too long to be done by 4pm. Wow really feel like the police are here to serve and protect with this attitude!!!! She was unflinching Even though she could tell I was panicked as well as drenched…such disappointing service! I can’t believe her finish time was more important than helping a citizen in distress. I am so sad to have been treated this way by someone who is supposed to uphold the law and be a role model.
