I'd give them a zero out of 5 but it's not an option. Went to get fuel but they were shut at approximately 9:40 when they're advertised at closing at 10 pm.

Man that works behind the counter- just sits there playing on his phone not doing his job.If you worked for my company mate I have you out the door. as I big business owner I can’t stand slack people.he needs show some respect to his customers.If you want respect back.

I've had bad experiences with the owner. He appears to 'keep an eye on me' as he side-stares. He's cold with me, but overly warm with my female partner when she goes in to pay. Today, I purchased a bottle of Powerade that was advertised on special for $4, but he charged me the full price of $5.69. He's the owner, so I doubt he's not aware of the price of such a frequent seller. I was too busy to bring it up at the time (I was helping a friend retrieve their vehicle). I'm very polite and have tried to build rapport with no avail. I don't appreciate being looked at like I'm there to rob the place, or being treated with general disrespect when I'm the same as the next paying customer. I will drive a few minutes extra for a better service from now on.

Easy to get in and out of, this BP was clean and had friendly staff. Fuel prices were similar to other locations in the area and lower than locations in the CBD.

The attitude of the owner was careless when I filled up my car and told him my 45cents AA fuel discount has disappeared. So I have to contact the BP customer service by email.
