Julie is a fantastic, caring teacher and holistic therapist. I've had the pleasure of being a client, yoga student and colleague. As a naturopath and herbalist, she provides tools and support that don't overwhelm and adapts these to the needs of the person based on their wellness journey.As a yoga teacher, Julie provides alternative poses for people with physical limitations or health issues, and makes it accessible to everyone. She also focuses on supporting healthy nervous system regulation and embodiment techniques. If you're searching for a holistic therapist, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I've been going to Julie for years now, she's got the most warm friendly personality. Her yoga classes are so exclusive and fun, I've also been helped by her amazing naturopath skills for years from fertility to anxiety. I recently tried her massage release and can highly recommend.
