Poor quality repairs.No back up.No one takes responsibility for the staff. Argumentative staff.No follow up to the complaints process.*Dishwasher repair failed in under 3 months, they refused to come back to rectify their work. The reason being they cant get parts, apparently they just bent an old used part for the repair. They claim they dont have to reimburse us for the cost nor offer any form of guarantee. They mention a 3 month warranty on the invoice (which is irrelevant as we are all covered by the consumer guarantees act for services provided) but it has no substance and is of no value.At the time of writing this review it has been three weeks and no one from head office has called me to discuss this.Will update this review if there is ever any progress.**They will most likely respond to this review asking for me to email them as they want to resolve it. I have already talked to them on the phone several times with no outcome so no point emailing too.

This would have to be one of my worst experiences with service providers. I had an assessment done and was quoted about $400 (maybe more) to repair my washer/dryer.I said yes and the parts were ordered. About 5-6 weeks later they arrived and the technician said that he would be at my place at 10:30 - 1130. He arrived just before 12:00. I had taken time from work.He then broke an existing part whilst trying to fit a new part. When I challenged him about it he became argumentative and said that he was calling his manger, that parts break, I shouldn’t be so confrontational, and he would repair it.He couldn’t repair it and I’m still without a machine. Prior to leaving he said he’d now have to order yet another part to replace the part he broke. I have cancelled the service.

We needed our new oven to be checked after installation in a new home. It looked like there was a fault with the display screen; however when the serviceman Akash Sheth arrived it was a film that hadn't been removed and should have been done at the installation stage. He was so kind and understanding and checked out the rest of the oven and showed me how to operate it. He found a faulty knob and there was a slight dent in the front panel. He has ordered both parts. I cannot fault his professionalism and communication; he did all he could to help and was so understanding. Highly recommended.Akash has replaced the faulty parts on our oven; it took less than a week for him to order the parts and get out to us and fit them. We are so grateful to Akash for going the extra mile for us and being such a pleasant person to have in our home.

Had a switch replaced in oven under warranty. Positives: It works now, tech called to inform of times. Polite technician.Negatives:- There was an attempt to fix the part instead of immediately replace. Thought that was a bit cheeky when under warranty and they are a complex switch that often fail.- informed them from start of the failed part (very obvious). Over a week to book 1st appt. Thought they may have ordered part while waiting and install on 1st visit.They didn’t so had to wait an extra week for repair.No biggy though, happy with outcome.

TERRIBLE! Twice ordered the wrong parts. Massive delays. Would leave without telling us what work was required & expected wait times etc. Ended up waiting over 2 months for repair without a dishwasher. Sloppy work. Dribbled dirty water all over our carpet without any recognition or apology (one example of many). Also would only ring 10min before arriving.. very lucky I was home on maternity leave. Very frustrating.

I was surprised by the bad reviews - I had an issue with my Samsung fridge which was under warranty. I called Samsung and they had someone from Jones call me the same day. The lady was very friendly and booked the appointment for 5 days later.On the day Roger arrives right at the start of my repair time and has the problem resolved in half an hour. He was very friendly, professional and keen to help me understand the problem and how to make best use of the warranty. I felt like I could trust him completely to resolve the issue.Honestly some of the best service I've had in NZ and would use again.

After speaking with Jones on the ph and telling them exactly what the problem was, they said they would send out a technician to collect my machine and give us a replacement one while they work on it. When the guy arrived he told me there is no point to take it away as they could only run a cleaning product through it. He said he would leave the cleaning product so I could run it through myself which would save me a further $100 something if he took it away. My response - it would of been nice to be told this on the ph save you making the trip and me paying $135! His response - how are they meant to make money! I did what he said and my machine is still not working properly. So I contacted Miele who contacted jones and they replied it is due to my washing my massage sheets on a hot wash. I’ve been massaging for years and have never had a machine not work from massage oil. Sunscreen has more effect than the massage balm. Nice of you Jones to appease Miele and now they have both walked away. Not good enough!!!!

They had our front loader for 3 weeks, they advised it needed a vibration sensor replaced which they did, returned it back to me and the issue I sent it away with is still there. I questioned if they run the machine before they return and was told yes they test it more than once, that just doesn’t make sense as the machine is extremely loud and is making the exact same noise as when they took it, I don’t think he fully tested a full cycle as it’s takes 37 mins before the noise begins. Have also had slowness issues with them with other repairs before so going forward won’t be using them again.

I rang to get a standard spare hose fitting for a refrigerator. I was told they had thousands of spare parts and as the brand of fridge wasn't one that Jones Services services they could not help me.Its a hose , very standard The service desk lady then hung up on me. Ok, they don't want my patronage. 0 out of 10 for helpfulness and initiative and I suspect they do carry such a generic part.

Just about got run off the road by one of their vans and then completely abusef by a young man driving. Terrible look for a business with absolutely no respect or consideration for others.
