Great service. Fixed a door hinge installed a new front door lock and bathroom door lock. Very happy with results and cost. Will definately use them again.

Just had outstanding service from these guys. Locked out late Friday afternoon, I was lucky enough to get a tech on site within 20 minutes of calling. The tech was great & managed to get us in the house, sort the dodgy lock plus provided an option to avoid future lock outs.... amazing! Thank you so much!!

Right on Great south road - this is my go to for anything security. They so know their stuff - And their advice is second to none. We forget just how good a specialist can be. Dont go On-line ! just go here - star shop , for generations.

I visited Marcus this morning as I needed to have my locks changed over as we have purchased a new house.I have never ever received such great service before! Not only did they not try and sell me what I didn't need, he also explained to me why I couldn't get what i wanted as it was not possible.He then proceeded to find what I wanted online to prove himself wrong to which he did and found the obscure part ex USA.I have since purchased this part and will be a lifetime customer to Marcus and his business.Dealing with a good honest Kiwi businesses is what I love and I will continue to support moving forward.
