Walked in to pick up an on-line order. Sadly, I had to wait a few minutes because the staff member was too busy talking on the phone. I don't know if they call that customer service, but it's not a good look when I had to wait :-(

Service is always fast. Staff are attentive and helpful. Bread is fresh and beautifully presented. Premises look clean and often see staff carrying out cleaning at the end of the day. I buy fresh yeast from here to make bread at home.

When I bought a blueberry scone and few buns last week I saw a fly in the cabinet . I wanted to return it immediately but thought I already paid. So I brought home and want to give it try. Unfortunately, the scone and buns taste wired (bit hard and not fresh). Won’t come back again :(
