Called up on the day and asked if they could repair my chains. The person on the phone said to come in.When me and my friend arrived, we were greeted by the owner and asked him if he had the spare part to repair our chain. He refused instantly as it was 4pm on a friday afternoon and told us to piss off somwhere else to get it fixed as it wasnt worth their time.Customer service was terrible.

These guys are brilliantI have had several items repaired here .Most recently a Strut failed on my Toyota Hiace VanThese guys welded and refitted it in mere minutes ,getting me back on the road again .Previously I have had Benches WeldedDefinitely the go to for repairsAbsolutely Outstanding

Had a chain link I needed to get repaired, said they couldn’t do it, obviously wasn’t worth their time to fix so told me it couldn’t be done and I needed to buy new chains.

Really impressed, i came in with a small job for cutting a sink. Wasn't even sure they would want to bother with it. Not only did they take it, they did a quality job, for a fair price. Would definitely go back

Broke a link on my ski chains, the engineer kindly repaired it for me after skiing at 4.30pm.Also sell ski chains. Be careful planning your trip to avoid the Frankston rush hour

Bought a set of brand new of chains that we didn't use, returned the same day to return them (after discussions with office lady advising that this was fine if they were not used) when we returned in the afternoon after not even taking the chains out of the bag we found a very unwelcoming reception from the owner of the business, he was not even interested in discussing returning the chains, totally rude unprofessional service, he had not lost out at all, could sell them again for full price. Think he must be desperate for any sale due to covid. POOR POOR POOR.
