Would highly recommend.A great service run by such friendly and helpful staff. Left our luggage all day allowing us to explore the city baggage free, and very happy to pay the agreed fee (much cheaper than the lockers at the ferry terminal).We arrived to collect our luggage too early for our pre arranged airport transfer, so rather than hanging around the streets we were offered to take advantage of the comfy sofas while we waited.We were even offered the chance to weigh our cases, and so grafeful to have done so as we avoided the extortionate excess baggage charges after some repacking!!Thank you Luggage Hotel

This wonderful service got our NZ trip off to the right start! The nice ladies who run the Luggage Hotel were very very helpful and even directed us to a great taxi service who got us from the airport to downtown for 1/3 less than local taxis. The store is located in a very walkable part of town with shops, restaurants, parks, a gorgeous warf, and the luggage is quite secure . Thank you Luggage Hotel!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the prices are super reasonable (especially compared to the airport storage). Didn’t hesitate to leave my luggage here — was very safe and secure, and in a central convenient location in Auckland. Would definitely recommend :)

Very rude and hostile owner who takes out her own staffs mistake on costumers. We checked our bags in the morning and told the staff we were planning on being back around 3 and that was the only dialogue we had with them but no one informed us of the closing time and that you had to collect your bags by then. Apparently the closing time is 5pm and we were notified 10 minutes before closing that they were closing but no additional information about it being compulsory we get our bags. So we assumed we’d need to keep them there over night. 540 rolls around and we get an extremely hostile phone call from the owner who is adamant we were told the closing time when we dropped our bags as she was talking over me telling me they are waiting for us and I could barely explain to her anything without her speaking rudely over me. We come to collect the bags and I try and apologize and the owner once again starts speaking over me, rudely and insists we were told the drop off time even though she was no where around when we checked the bags, I asked her if she was there in the morning she said no, I then asked her how she knows her staff actually informed us and suddenly she can’t get her story straight. Horrible service and treatment of costumers when her employees and communication is severely lacking** owner has replied with false information after we received the hostile phone call at 540 we rushed over the get our bags and arrived within 10-15 minutes not at 630. We are also not informed by staff about what time we needed to collect bags! If the owner wasn’t there at the time there is no way she could know what actually happened. There is also another review posted in here about her being “rude and pushy)

We used The Luggage Hotel in mid February. We were very happy to accidentally find them on leaving our cruise ship in the morning-and would recommend cruise ships advertise to passengers of their existence for boarding or leaving the Auckland Port. Their prices were more than fair, felt my luggage was secure and they arranged for a fixed price Via The Discount Taxi Company" fare to the airport which we again found excellent."

We used the parking service that the luggage hotel offers. They charged us for an extra day of parking! We arrived on Friday morning and left first thing on Monday morning instead of the three days of parking we expected to pay for they forced us to pay for four.When trying to pay they attempted to put the transaction through on multiple cards while we we're in a rush for a boat. After 15 minutes of this carry on they informed us that they do not take card payments and we had to find an atm. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

My partner and I stored our luggage here before returning to Wellington. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt glad that our luggage was locked away safely until out return later that evening.When we went to collect our luggage the lady was also helpful and engaged in conversation about our plans for the evening. She even offered to drop us to the bus stop where we were departing from.Can't rate this company highly enough. Thank you for your help we would definetly use them again.

We used the Luggage Hotel after disembarking from our cruise ship until we could check in to our hotel. Location was very convenient. staff were extremely helpful. Prices are reasonable and posted in advance. They were also able to offer a free promotional sim card. This enterprise is highly recommended.

My husband and I used this service during our last day in NZ. We checked out of our Airbnb at 10 am, but our flight wasn't until midnight. We were able to store our bags here for 8 hours while we took a ferry to Waiheke Island and explored the area. Customer service was excellent. The owner was kind and chatty. Would highly recommend.

The owners were very kind and understanding. With a central location in Auckland and fantastic service, the luggage hotel was a convenient and pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend to those looking for a place to secure their luggage while they tour New Zealand for a few weeks. If I'm ever back again I will most certainly use their services again.
