Absolute worst haircut I’ve ever experienced, I went in with longish hair and wanted the same cut just a trim, I asked for the front to be slightly longer than the back to give a nice affect. All the layers have been completely hacked by the stylist. I called the next day saying I would like it to be looked at and fixed, baring in mind I’m travelling a long distance to get back there. The manager was rude saying “I just don’t think it’s that bad sorry” and saying if we cut it anymore I could be more unhappy. She made me feel like this was acceptable and if I chose to fix it I could “ruin it more” When it shouldn’t have been that badly cut in the first place!I got refunded what I paid, but the manager still let me leave with my hacked hair cut. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had, I’ve never been treated like that in my life saying “it’s a refund or a haircut one or the other” when this was not my fault in the slightest.Just disgusting behaviour and rude “professional stylists”Wouldn’t recommend, look elsewhere.

I have been having my hair cut at Hair Gallery for more than 12 months now. Very professional and great job. If you want a good tidy haircut it's the place to go.

Didn't get what I paid for, I called them several times and even visited them requesting for a fix, but only left with false promises.Dont really seem to care,once we have paid them.

A friendly, well run salon. Wonderful stylists who work hair magic. Highly recommend.

I think I am the first man to get a haircut here! The haircut is so uneven with a couple of gouges I've been asked if it was cut while we were playing a drinking game. Not recommended for any male.
