On behalf of my family I would like to thank you for your professional and compassionate services you provided during this very sad time. Your services, the house and beautiful surroundings, are so lovely, and we all felt at peace with you taking care of our loved one.

I first used Mountain View Funeral's service when my mum passed away , back in 2009. Erin was so compassionate, and used her initiative perfectly with things we had forgotten or not thought of.When mums ashes were returned, they were presented to us wrapped in dusky pink silk with a beautiful pink hyacinth tucked in on the top. Recently my gorgeous daughter died suddenly. I had the same excellent support and help from Erin and Jono. They again used their initiative with suggestions and by doing very special things for my daughter. The post funeral support has been outstanding.

At such a life-changing moment, Mountain View Funeral Services took us by the hand and guided us through the process so appropriately/beautifully.Erin and Jono were everything we could have wished for. They were tender, empathetic, warm, cooperative and punctual. They navigated us through our challenging time with dignity and respect and importantly kept things real, with a sense of light-heartedness.We were so appreciative of their understanding and subsequent suggestion to conduct Dad’s ‘meaningful’ send-off at his property, the home he loved so much.All procedures were handled with professionalism, efficiency and competency and to conclude Dad’s ashes were presented so tastefully.Inevitably, the end-of-life comes to us all, however Mountain View Funeral Services have the understanding and capabilities of softening the blow.Our grateful thanks to Erin & Jono. I can not express how much Jono and Erin made my journey so stressfree, loving, respectful for me and my family words will never express my thankfulness I have for the team at mountain veiw funeral services. my son was at home and asleep with his Nani due to unforseen circumstances I had no idea Jono was to suprise me with a visit home for my son to see his koro 1 last time it blew me and my wife's heart apart and it still does Jono and Erin thank you again from bottom of my Heart. Mountain View Funeral Services are fantastic!I can't thank Erin & Jonathan enough for their warmth, compassion and support. They made a difficult time much less stressful. I collected my father's ashes today and know he would have loved the tranquil setting & appreciated the special care he received from these special people.

So much appreciation for Jono & the team at MVFS. I had no idea what I needed to do when my mum became terminally ill, and Jono talked me through it all so clearly, providing advice along the way.
