There is a lot to love but sadly that is all made to nothing due to the crazy wait times. 45mins for a coffee! Food close to being just as long. While waiting at the counter other people also ended up cancelling orders asking for a refund.I guess everyone gets busy, but if they can't handle the amount of seats they should reduce seats. Or add capacity to the kitchen.As it stands I'd highly recommend people to go somewhere else

Perfect place for a delicious breakfast at an affordable price. Fun and quirky atmosphere with friendly staff.I enjoyed the delicious Turkish Eggs which had the perfect poached eggs and my partner had the Woofer which in his words … hit the spot ! Definitely a regular spot whenever we visit Rotorua!

A tasty lunch in Rotorua - we had the Steak Sandwich, the Tropical Fish Burger and a couple of caramel milkshakes. All delicious and fresh.It was quite busy when we went for lunch - but understandably so. We were lucky and snagged a table with not much waiting and ordered our meals and drinks at the counter. We were informed of a 30-minute wait for food, but I'm pretty sure it was delivered to the table faster than that.The food was good quality, and quite filling (we skipped breakfast this day - and only wanted dinner at around 8:30). Strongly recommend.

Delicious meal (the Dog’s Benny). Coffee came with a little sweet caramel treat, however the coffee itself wasn’t too flash. Good vegetarian options.

Cool spot with busy lively atmosphere and funky decor. Couple of disappointing aspects on the food: 1) There is no real Gluten Free option or much consideration for other dietary needs. 2) The scrambled eggs were pretty tasteless and wet, with some liquid running from them onto the plate.None of the staff asked me for any feedback about my food as I ate or when finished. Staff also didn't offer alternatives or seem to take action from the feedback about lack of GF options on the menu.As a side note: If you opt not to have the toast you don't get any money off but you do still get the butter.

I was so excited for my breakfast and I even wait 40 minutes. My plate looks bad, no much love in it at all. Come on guys! Keep it up! Your are iconic place in Rotorua and people go there excited because probably someone told them about how amazing you are. I know was a busy morning but I still paid full price for my meal.
