We received brilliant service, and communication with all the staff we hand dealings with, whilst making decisions on carpet and vinyl product, we were viewing use. The advice we received was second to none. The job done by the layers used was exceptional, and the service they gave us by working late on two nights to get the job done early, which was unrequested by us was first class as was there workmanship.A Big Thank You Flooring Design Taupo & Rotorua, it was a credit to the companies involved.

An amazing company to deal with. They arrived within a couple of days to measure and quote (we are out of town). After receiving the quote we had a few changes, which were happily amended and re-quoted. Once confirmed the tiles were ordered and they scheduled us in before Christmas. Bonus is that they use recycled bottles in the product so a great thing for our environment! Not only the best in price but also in product and service.

We have just had our carpet done with Flooring Design in Taupo. Marta in the office was so professional and friendly to deal with. The service was great and the carpet looks amazing. Shane the carpet layer did a great job. Just took one day. I would highly recommend this company. We will be back. Thanks team!

Very pleased with the way Flooring Design Taupo handled the initial discussions, quotation, quick to measure up, and scheduled the fitting with Aaron Jennings Flooring in good time. The fitting itself was done bang on time, exactly as we'd hoped for, they left the place spotless, and even left us with a few offcuts to turn into rugs. Couldn't be happier, thanks.

First time buying and getting a house re-carpeted. Flooring Design Taupo gave us a great price at the Taupo Home Show and their awesome service didn't stop there. We paid a deposit to secure the amount of carpet we'd need for our home. When it came time for the carpet layer Shane to do his magic he didn't disappoint. We love the new look and glad we had a professional do the installation. Paid the balance after the carpet was laid. Job done and dusted!

These guys were very quick with their quote and extra quick with booking in the job to get done. Vinyl guy was super fussy and did an awesome job!! Carpet guys went the extra mile working at night to complete the work as requested. Would use again and would highly recommend.

Helen and Lance made the whole process of choosing and installing our flooring, simple and enjoyable. They are fabulous to work with, have great coms, good systems with detailed quotes and their contractors are as good as we could of wished for. We are really happy with the end result of our flooring project and rate Flooring Design Taupo the best 'one stop flooring shop' we have dealt with.
