Working with Western Computers was a straight forward and easy going process. Installed wifi the next day after requesting their help! Quick and easy, professional and happy !

Firstly, I had to get back to them about the progress of the computer even though it had taken more than twice as long as they said it would to assess, and then at that point the technician still kept putting me off (he kept saying it was 'in front of him now' when clearly, after 3 days of no progress, it hadn't been). They finally said they had done the basic checks and had reinstalled something they needed to and now it was ready, but when I came in it suddenly wasn't fixed at all, and the guy just wanted to give it back to me still unrepaired. Admittedly they didn't charge me, but I still had a broken computer after a week and a half wasted. Tried another guy in Titirangi who had it fixed and back to me in 3 days.

Scott and the team are great to deal with.Awesome customer service, great prices and when there is a time critical repair needed I trust them to get the job done. 5 Stars!!!!

I got robbed by 2 Indian boys at western company I been told lies on my face. I been buy some link for so long time. Yesterday was 50% discount I been changed normal price. I been told normally that link price is $30.00. I been buying some link some price for long time . So yestetday i got No 50% discount. Been lie on my face. NOT GOOD SCOTT. I BEEN YOUR . And I can't believe that you taking your works side that it's okay for then do what they want. I never thougth that you will be that way. So in you eyes Customers come last then your works.

Just have to say thanks so much to Western Computers.I deleted our MYOB the other day - don't even ask how or why ....Nightmare stuff!Not on the cloud, but luckily had backed up the previous night.Sonny very patiently worked through it all with me - remotely which was fascinating. He had it fully re-installed within about 30 minutes.We were SO thankful - about 8 years worth of records.So thanks again - he really was amazing and very patient & understanding.
