Jaw-droppingly unfriendly staff who acted like they were being held at gunpoint to help me. Chairs are so stiff you'd be better off sitting on a boulder. To top it off, they knew nothing about the products they were attempting to sell to me. Frankly it's amazing they're still in business with service this bad.
