They've got parking onsite, although not a whole lot. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, I needed to look for particular sizes in Canterbury jumpers, they were able to look up in the system what other stores had the sizes I was looking for. Quite a large store, had a lot of sales on too.

Good selection of gear but staff really disinterested and would rather chat behind the counter than give me the advice that I needed. A good place to go if you know exactly what you want, but this shop lacks any kind of customer service outside the checkout area.

Poor service - I stood waiting at the front of the queue. There were staff at 3 of the counters: one was serving; the other two were each chatting with another staff member and ignoring the queue. Finally served by a man who spoke too fast. I told him 3 times I couldn’t hear what he was saying. He repeated the same sentence at the same volume and speed each time. Ever hear of rephrasing or speaking louder, clearer, slower???

Good selection and staff on floor helpful but not pushy. Rebel has one of the best checkouts of any shop by far which makes shopping there pretty good.

Been in a couple of times recently. They have the items I'm after, which is good. But is it company policy for the staff to offer absolutely zero assistance?? Didn't see them helping anyone.. seems odd to me.

Is this just a stock house? I cannot find the entrance. The shutters is always close, tried knocking no one answered, I just want to look at the badminton rackets... Do I have to go to Riccarton?

Industria & Nordic Chill are great gift/ decor shops. The food court is awesome lots of choice. Colombo nails do a great job on my nails too.

Hopeless I’m sharing this on social media, what a pack of tight heads I just spent $416.94 and your people made no effort to offer me a bag, so that’s 8 items Im having to carry out door. So I asked for a bag before I grab my purchases and all I got from your sales person is “another $1 please” I mean really after I just spent $416 on you store you want another $1 shame on your store never coming back

With the black Friday sale on the store was quite messy. People trying shoes on and just leaving boxes all over the place. As I am at the moment walk with the help of a walker, I found it very difficult to get through the isles. The items I was looking for were still very expensive. Parking was also quite the challenge.
