Lots of clothing stuff to buy, many designs to choose. Easy to try to fit on. Staff and cashiers are lovely.

Staff are rude, false accusations with no proof. They don’t deserve 1 star. And all their clothes are for one body type not all:(

a friend of mine experienced racial profiling in this shop and will never return to any glassons store ever! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the staff members towards a young girl.

Disgusting behaviour was shown by staff members towards my friend. Absolutely horrible experience with the militant and verbally abusive workers here. They have a history of racial profiling, targeting young people of colour - accusing them of crimes that were never committed. Absolutely revolted with this behaviour. Will never be returning and I highly advise everyone to avoid this nauseating establishment.

I have heard a number of terrible stories regarding the staff members at this store. my blood absolutely BOILS for the poor innocent YOUNG customers who just wanted to have a nice time shopping with their friends, yet were verbally abused, falsely accused and racially targeted for doing nothing wrong. really hope some sort of senior management gets on top of this situation as it affecting members of the community.

Absolutely horrible staff members; disgusting, abhorrent, and abuse of positions, racially stereotyping a teenage girl who was peacefully shopping. False accusations, verbal abuse, stalking, and false imprisonment are a few of the events that occurred. If I could give Glassons a 0 stars, I would. I shall take my business elsewhere and avoid Glassons and Hallensteins for the future, and I suggest others do the same. Fast fashion is one of the leading causes of climate change, so I suggest that you steer clear of this evil mega corporation and their disgusting staff. Am I surprised, no. Am I disappointed, ABSOLUTELY. It seems that there has been a history of racial stereotyping and false claims of shoplifting at Glassons. As this is a global corporation, I would expect better. Please revisit your staff members and their unconscious biases towards minorities.

Service is definitely a weakness for this store. How can I be 1 out of 2 people instore and not get greeted once. The store arrangement wasn't smooth, the presentation overall can do alot of work. Not must variety. The staff just don't do the store justice.

The clothes were nice but the staff were not. The worker at the changing area was very grumpy and militant and made me feel very stressed to the point where I almost cried. She said I could only try 4 things so took 2 off me, then there were no seats for my husband so he was waiting near the entrance of the changing area and she told him to get even further back because women are getting changed" but each changing room has a curtain for privacy anyway. I was trying on bikinis so felt very embarrassed to have to walk out of the entire changing area to ask my husband's opinion where everyone in the store could see me. I ended up not trying on anything else and at the checkout the workers were also unsmiling and grumpy

Came to write about how shockingly rude, judgmental and unhelpful the staff are only to see it’s nothing new. Love the store but the workers there completely ruin it that I don’t even want to go back. This needs to be sorted. This store and the girls that work there are getting a bad name for themselves. I have a friend who has even told me time and time again about the horrible looks she gets from the workers and I too have experienced it! The way they speak to customers too is just appalling! And we don’t even know these girls other than that they work there! I walk into the store today, there’s just myself and two other people and not a single hello, just the usual incredibly moody/mad look from them. Absolutely hate shopping and the workers are looking at you in that way. I was picking out an outfit and wanted to see what my brother thought and they go off about a guy even standing by the door of the change room! Even though there are curtains at each change room for us women to have privacy. My brother and his girlfriend went there, she wanted to try stuff on and show him and the short girl with long blonde hair goes “no guys in the changing room and I also don’t want to see couples because I just went through a breakup yesterday” like WHAT?? Firstly he wasn’t going in with her but was going to stand there to see the outfit on and they were told no. Secondly , how is YOUR breakup MY problem?Other times I’ve gone in I’ve seen guys in there but then other times they go off on you for having a guy stand there to look at the outfit. Not everyone wants to have to walk totally out the change room to show an outfit. What is wrong with the girls at this store, honestly. After my incredibly long, stressful and busy week with work and my personal life, I want to enjoy some shopping and have a nice time. I DONT want to walk into a store I love and the workers giving me dirty looks, looking you up and down, be snappy/stuck up, talking to you as if you’re dumb if you have a question, ect.Glassons, you need to fix this.
