Suzanne is just amazing. Wonderful customer service , kind caring , down to earth professional hair dresser. Salon is always clean and tidy . The very best staff member to have on your team. They have increased the price of kids cuts to $40 after school and weekends and long weekends. And every cut has been average. Won’t be coming back.

Pricing was reasonable, and service was friendly, but the haircut my daughter got was atrocious. It was her first ever haircut and the fringe is strangely crooked. It looks really bad and I am very frustrated!

The hairdresser was amazing with my 2yo - & the cut came out incredible! First time he'd ever sat in the chair by himself too & he didn't make a fuss which means she did an awesome job! Absolutely 0 fault with her :)The only reason it's not 5 stars is because on weekends all cuts are $37 - which I think is fine for adults but for a 2 year old? Probably not the best policy to include kids in that.I will be back again as I've always had good cuts for my son there but will have to come on weekdays instead for the child's price.

Today I had an incredible experience with the lovely Moari Girl (sorry I forgot your name). Great consultation and nailed the job. Going from long hair to pixie hair gut. Thank you so much. All day I got showered with compliments about my new look x

Sorry but i have read some of the reviews and it was very mixed but i decided to go anyway, went in just for a quick haircut as i have read from comments from Just Cuts themselves they dont do appointments and thats why they are a walk in service. Anyway i went in saw there were 2 hairdresser's one was finishing up and there was nobody else in the store so a took a seat after 2min of waiting the lady finished up with the gent she was with and he left and she asked if i had a appointment i told her no i didnt i thought it was a walk in service she then said no its not and they are to busy today. Bear in mind now im the only one in the store, just makes me a little upset that just cuts on the reviews call out potential customers saying that they dont do appointments but they clearly do. Overall they give good haircuts based on the price. However, one of the ladies is quite lazy and the two times she's cut my hair, she's done quite a rushed and lousy job compared to some of the other people here.

Blonde hairdresser did a great job with my hair personally. However the dark haired Maori lady in there was absolutely rude and just arrogant, kicked a couple and their kid out because they weren't happy with the cut she was doing. Haircut was indeed terrible and half finished yet she still made them pay! Got home to talk to my father about it, and he'd had a similar experience with the exact same lady. Obviously an attitude adjustment needed, couldn't believe what I was hearing!
